Main Features
This machine is a collection of paper feeding, printing, drying, slotting, die cutting, and other functions in one of the automatic carton production equipment, mainly for corrugated board HD printing, used to replace part of offset printing design, printing, glazing, drying, die cutting, one-time molding, overprinting precision, high efficiency. The machine adopts man-machine interface, which is labor saving, but also highlights the high definition, high speed, easy to operate, low consumption of work concept.
Automatic Production Control System
Automatic production control system, only in the operation console in the touch screen input size information of the order, paper feeding department, printing department, die cutting department automatically adjust all the clearance, axis, circumference and other parameters, accurate and reliable, no manual intervention, improve enterprise production efficiency.
Vacuum Adsorption System
The vacuum adsorption system adopts advanced technology, and the conveying row roller shaft supporting bearing is loaded with oil filling cup and adopts centralized oil supply mode to ensure the high-speed operation of the machine.
Coated System

The rubber pad roller is mechanically helical reversing 40mm moving transverse structure, so that the die cutter does not repeat cutting a position to improve the service life of the rubber pad. The rubber pad adopts imported quick change rubber pad. And with a rubber pad repair system, the rubber pad can be repaired for 2 times, maximize the service life of the rubber pad, reduce the cost.

QUALITY/QUANTITY DISCREPANCY AND CLAIM
* In case the quality and/or quantity are found by the user to be not in conformity with the contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the user may lodge a claim with the seller supported by a survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties, with the exception, however, of those claims for which the insurance company and/or the shipping company are to be held responsible.
* The claims should be filed by the user within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.
WARRANTIES
1. All the equipment supplied by the seller shall be of good quality, brand new and free of defect, in accordance with design and specification.
2. The warranty period is 1 year after signing the act of acceptance between the seller and user.
3. Duration of warranty: Seller's obligation shall commence on the effective date and continue through the period ending 1 year after signing the act of acceptance. Within the indicated time, the seller shall make good or replace by his force and on his account defective/worn blocks, parts, or any parts thereof, and spare parts which do not allow normal utilization of the equipment.
4. Installation services: After the customer receives all machines, we will arrange engineers to go overseas to install the machine (the specific installation time depends on local conditions).
5. When there is a problem with the machine or the customer cannot operate the machine, we will immediately provide the customer's solution and video to help run the machine.
