1. Electric control machine from the alarm bell, continuous ringing warning, to ensure the safety of workers.
2. Drive shaft with friction clutch, to avoid misuse and damage to the machine.

Printing department

Slotting unit
Slotting Unit

Die-cutting unit
Die-cutting Unit
1. Die fixed screw hole spacing, axial 100mm; radial 18 equal parts. Applicable tool height 25.4mm.
2. Wood template thickness: 16mm (for three-layer paperboard) 13 mm (for five-layer paperboard).
3. Quick change type pad, wear resistance, long life.
4. Cast iron surface grinding, hard chrome plated.
5. Balance correction, increase operational stability.
6. Pad thickness of 9m. Width 250mm. Mechanical type transverse 40mm swimming device.
Vibrator unit
Vibrator Unit
Paper feed part: Transmit roller with PU round belt made of the paper feeding. During the paper feeding, two vibration rods let the board vibrate on the belt to clear the waste paper.
Waste paper collect part: Feeds the waste paper out on a belt, then uses another belt to feed the paper to the side of the machine, completing the collection.
Walk locking part: Includes four guide wheels to let the machine depart and lock with the rotary die cutter. Simple operation, using pneumatic and lock cylinder setup.
Auto stacker unit
Auto Stacker Unit
1. The paper taking arm is manual operation. The paper stacking height can be chosen freely.
2. Adjustment is available for each belt.
3. The paper feeding platform transmitted up and down by chain.
4. The inclination of paper taking platform changes with the height of the paper. Brake is installed to fix the platform's position.
5. When the paper stacking height reaches the set point, the paper taking platform will hold the paperboard pneumatically.
6. Maximum stacking height: 1600mm.

Applicable Packaging: Suitable for making any type of corrugated carton box, such as: pizza box, shipping box, fruit box, beer box, wine box, milk box, computer box.
