To accomplish the label image with strong washing fastness, we proudly present JR series Flexo Printing Machine. The printing mechanism of this series is that ink will be evenly spread-out on the ink-rollers at first, from the ink-rollers the ink transfers to the printing cylinder, then, the flexo photopolymer plate will collect the ink and press directly on the surface of the materials, finally, the label will go through the drying process to complete the whole printing procedures.

The printed label can reach the result of higher strong washing fastness by heating inside the 101-2 Automatic Electric Thermostatic Drying Oven between 3-8 hours.

The outstanding characteristics of this series are strong colorfastness to wash and polish, perfect color registration, stability, and reliability, simple in adjusting the printing length just by switching the different printing cylinder.

The Machine can Printing double side can print both sides and multiple lines at the same time. The printed color and lustre is bright beautiful for better result, and printing black and better white.

Applicable materials: Satin ribbons; woven label, nylon tape, cotton tape; silk tape, cloth tape.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We were established in 2007, an actual factory and professional manufacturer in the line of garment label printing machine and label cutting machine for many years.
Q2: Do you have a CE certificate?
A2: For every model of machine, it has a CE certificate.
Q3: How about the payment term?
A3: Our payment terms is 50% deposit by T/T in advance, the balance 50% should be paid before delivery.
Q4: How many years warranty? Can you teach us?
A4: Usually, machines have one year of free spare parts warranty. If the engineer needs to go abroad for installation and training, the customer shall bear all expenses.
Q5: What about the service after sale?
A5: Once you have bought our machine, you can call us or email us telling us the machine problems and any questions about the machines. We will reply to you within 12 hours and help you to solve the problem.
