Yes. The WL-370 features a patented register die-cutting system that can easily switch between full rotary and semi-rotary modes according to the specific needs of the job.
Unlike traditional intermittent models, when the WL-370 runs in semi-rotary mode, the tension remains consistent across the unwinder, web-guider, and rewinder, ensuring that the material does not run away during processing.
The machine achieves a maximum speed of 120 meters per minute in full rotation mode, and up to 300 times per minute in intermittent mode (averaging about 60 meters per minute depending on your label configuration).
The WL-370 supports material thicknesses ranging from 40 to 300um. The maximum supported paper feeding width is 380mm, with a maximum die-cutting width of 370mm.
We provide a 12-month warranty that covers free repairs and replacements for failures caused by manufacturing errors. Wearing parts are excluded from this coverage.
