DBMQ-320/370plus Type Rotary Die Cutting Machine is mainly designed for label die cutting, e.g. Adhesive labels, PVC labels, PET Labels, PE Labels, Aluminum Labels, Blank Labels, Trade mark Labels die cutting. Especially, It can process IML(In Molding Label), which is famous as its advanced function, such as: Novel and beautiful appearance, security features, Environment, Difficult to drop off and damage, High efficiency and so on. IML is widely chosen on packaging containers of Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, Wine & Spirits.

Adhesive labels, PVC labels, PET Labels, PE Labels, Aluminum Labels, Blank Labels, Trade mark Labels die cutting. Especially, It can process IML(In Molding Label), etc.

Machine runs full rotary mode, equipped with conveyor and collection table.
It's also suitable for labels lamination, die-cutting, waste matrix and rewinding.
Machine adopts full servo motors driven, re-register system, solid and durable structure design, leading to clean edge of processed materials and non damage of both sides of labels.

1. Unwinding Unit

Maximum unwind diameter: 800mm (31.5″). 76mm (3″) air mandrel. Merobel electromagnetic particle brake. Taper tension control – No roll-followers or external sensors to be adjusted or maintained.

How many workers do we need to run these machines?

For the flexo printing, slitting, and die-cutting machines, only one person is needed to operate each.

What charges are required for your engineer's overseas service?

You should cover the cost of our engineer's visa, air tickets, hotel, food, and also a salary of 100 USD per day per person.
