The DES320S Semi-rotary die cutting with slitting machine is an advanced solution equipped with a high-performance Omron (Japan) Servo Motor motion control system and register sensor to arrange a high-accuracy rotary die-cutting system. Specially applicable to pre-printed labels, this machine integrates unwinding, rotary die-cutting, slitting, and rewinding processes into a single efficient operation. It can run in both semi-rotary and full rotary modes. Under semi-rotary mode, the machine operates without changing different magnetic cylinders for different labels because it supports backward feeding, meaning only the flexible die is required to be changed. Equipped with a high-precision web guiding system to ensure smooth material flow, it delivers a compact structure, fast speed, high efficiency, simple operation, accurate slitting, and steady running.
