We are a manufacturer, and we also provide complete business solutions to all our clients and partners.
What is your delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 30-55 working days after receiving your deposit, excluding models currently in stock.
What warranty do you offer on the machines?
All our machines come with a one and a half year (18 months) guarantee. Outside the warranty period, we continue to supply cost-price spare parts and offer technical maintenance guidance.
How do you handle after-sales service?
Alongside our quality guarantee, we prioritize after-sales support to resolve client issues efficiently. We offer multiple service channels including 24/7 phone support, on-site technical assistance, preventive maintenance, and operator training programs.
What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit via TT, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping via TT or L/C at sight. We also accept Western Union and cash.

Yes, our machines are highly versatile and capable of die cutting and creasing a wide range of materials, including standard paper, thick cardboard, corrugated boxes, and plastic sheets, depending on the model chosen.
