What is your typical delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 30 to 55 working days for non-stock models, starting after we receive your deposit.
What is the warranty coverage on your machinery?
All our machines come with a one-and-a-half-year (18 months) guarantee. Beyond the warranty period, we continue to supply spare parts at cost and offer free maintenance knowledge support.
How do you handle after-sales service?
In addition to our quality guarantee, we highly value after-sales service to resolve client issues efficiently. We offer multiple service channels including 7x24 hour phone support, remote technical assistance, on-site service, preventive maintenance, and operator training programs.
What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit via TT, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping via TT or at sight L/C. We also accept Western Union and cash payments.
