What's the aftermarket support like?
Our warranty is one year (excluding the ink transfer roller and damage caused by improper operation). You can choose online or offline after-sales support based on your needs.
What materials can be printed?
Paper, plastic film (PE/PP/PET), non-woven fabrics, flexible packaging (e.g., food bags), aluminum foil, and other rolls of material. We support a wide range of materials, and you can also send us materials to test on the machine!
Which kind of machine is your factory mainly producing?
We are a professional manufacturer of flexographic printing machines with more than twenty years of production experience.
Terms and conditions of payment?
The standard term is FOB. The payment method is T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% final payment after inspection of the machine prior to delivery.
Does the machine support customization?
Our machines are fully customizable. According to your specific requirements, we can select models and configurations to facilitate optimal performance and ease of use.
What is the lead time for the machine?
Delivery time is related to the configuration of the machine. The standard delivery time is about 30-40 working days, but if the degree of customization is high, the lead time may need to be extended.
